Rates dependent on Mars tokens held

Good evening,

I would like to suggest that the Mars Protocol implement an incentive for the holders of their token by introducing rates for borrowing and depositing in relation to the Mars token held.

This could be done, but is not limited to, ranks.

Example: Rank 1
Up to 1 % mars token of deposited amount
APR on Deposits: xxx
Borrowing rates: xxx

Example: Rank 2
1 - 5 % mars token of deposited amount
APR on Deposits: xxx
Borrowing rates: xxx

Example: Rank 3
5-10 % mars token of deposited amount
APR on Deposits: xxx
Borrowing rates: xxx

Example: Rank 4
Above 10 % mars token of deposited amount
APR on Deposits: xxx
Borrowing rates: xxx
