Summary
This proposal aims to update the Mars Protocol Foundation’s multisig controllers on Osmosis and Neutron. The current multisig addresses will be replaced with newly established 3/4 multisigs, adding improved operational flexibility and backup coverage.

Motivation
The existing Foundation multisigs are being rotated to improve operational security and resilience. The new multisigs provide:

Implementation
This is a signaling proposal. Once passed, the new multisigs will take over responsibility for operational actions on behalf of the Mars Protocol Foundation.
