Help needed to access account

I get the message : MARS CONTRACT COULD NOT BE FOUND ON THE SELECTED NETWORK
SELECT A DIFFERENT NETWORK FROM YOUR WALLET.

I get same message with the others such as ANC, PRISM, WHITEWHALE etc.

PLease help
