Summary
This proposal aims to upgrade Mars Protocol contracts from version 2.2.3 to 2.3.0. This system upgrade introduces key improvements to the perps engine, a new swapper to support Duality liquidity via Skip Routing, and support for isolated USDC margin accounts — enabling higher leverage and new collateral options.

Motivation
This upgrade implements several key improvements to the protocol’s performance and flexibility, including:
- Stop-Loss / Take-Profit Order Improvements: Introducing parent-child order relationships for better SL/TP execution logic.
- Duality Swapper Deployment: Enables access to Duality liquidity via Skip Routing, expanding Mars’ multi-DEX routing capabilities.
- USDC Margin Accounts: Support for isolated USDC collateral — allowing safer leverage profiles and expanding collateral diversity.
These enhancements lay the foundation for more sophisticated trading and strategy design on Mars.
